\"\"There were two brothers that started the whole Dodge corporation. Their names were Horace & John Dodge. They started making the brand in 1914, but the Dodge Hubcaps<\/a> didn\u2019t really come along until about 1949 or so.<\/p>\n

The very first car that they made was a touring car that was favored among car buyers; and then was joined by a four-door sedan. Three years later (in 1917), they expanded their company into making trucks and Dodge Hubcaps<\/a> for those models. Here\u2019s a fun fact : Both of the Dodge cars & trucks were used as staff vehicles in the first World War.<\/p>\n

Just like any other American car manufacturer, they kind of slipped in the 70s because of the changing styles .. but they came back on top. It’s a good thing they came back on top, too – I was worried I wasn’t going to get the truck that I wanted.<\/p>\n
