It went from about 653,000 in 2000 to 1,003,000 in 2008! Can you imagine how proud they were when they saw this?<\/p>\n<p>Most of their sales increase came from Eastern Europe (+19.3%), Africa (+17.2%) and the Middle East (+58.5%) &#8211; it wasn\u2019t even here in the United States. China was the one place that became the key market; it represented 108,000 out of 705,000 cars delivered in the first three quarters of 2009. The main reason why is because the government in China prefer Audi cars and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hubcaps.org\/audi.html\">Audi Hubcaps<\/a> instead of Toyota or Nissan.<\/p>\n<p>Audi has a total of 6 manufacturing plants around the world:\u00a0 Ingolstadt, Germany since 1969, Neckarsulm, Germany since 1969, Gy\u00f6r, Hungary, Changchun, China since 1995, Brussels, Belgium since 2007, Aurangabad, India since 2006.
