\"\"<\/a>Hope everyone is having a good week.\u00a0 Happy Belated Veteran’s Day to all of our Vets out there.\u00a0 Thank you for the service you do and have done for this great Country of ours.\u00a0 Today we’re looking at a beautiful 1965 Mercury Comet.\u00a0 The 1965 Merc Comet has the updated styling for the front and rear and that included stacked head lights.\u00a0 These babies could produce up to 200 horsepower.\u00a0 The standard transmission had a 3 speed, column-shift transmission or you could opt for the new “Merc-O-Matic” 3 speed automatic transmission.\u00a0 Darrell’s classic automobile won 2nd place in his division while wearing our FRD977 wheel covers which you can find on our Mercury Comet Hubcaps<\/a> page.\u00a0 I can see why.\u00a0 She looks awesome.\u00a0 Thanks for allowing us to picture her here in our Hubcaps.com blog.\u00a0 We also carry Mercury Comet Wheel Covers<\/a> and hubcaps for other years, such as 1960, 1961, 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976 and 1977.<\/p>\n
