They had made their first appearance on cartwheels and wagons &#8211; then they slowly evolved into the \u201cthings\u201d that we know <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-953\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hubcaps.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/covered-wagon.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"190\" height=\"159\" \/>them as today.<\/p>\n<p>A lot of the Center Caps that were made from the 1950s to the 1970s were made out of stainless steel &#8211; like the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hubcaps.org\/bronco.html\">Ford Bronco Center Caps<\/a> that you can see on our site: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hubcaps.org\/\">Hubcaps.com<\/a> .
