If you know your Chevy’s, then you know that the minivan models from Chevy have been trying to catch up with their competitors. The Chevrolet Uplander & the Factory Original Uplander Hubcaps were introduced in 2005 as something called a “Crossover Sport Van”. It’s supposed to be more than the ordinary “Soccer Mom Van”.
When it was finally released, it succeeded by having all of the expected features & comforts, but it didn’t necessarily have the creativity imagination that Honda Toyota had on their vans. After Chevy didn’t have much success with selling their Uplander with the OEM Uplander Hubcaps on them, they discontinued it to sell the Traverse crossover. There are some critics that say you shouldn’t even waste your time looking at this car.
